You are right. Secured and unsecured debt are 2 different things. Wilshire is foreclosing on people's homes without notice or working anything out with people when it was the fault of Wilshire. Then it costs us money to hire an attorney to go to court to fight them and they know it. They are doing all this because they are getting by with it and are getting rich in the process. They have lost nothing but are gaining because they have people's homes. However, since Wilshire is a debt servicer and not the provider how can they foreclose in the name of Wilshire. They are not the provider but only the servicer of the loan. | |

I was graduated from Grambling State University in 2005. I have been unable to find a full time job or to get enough hours on a part time job to be able to afford to pay any bills. I live with my mother, I struggle to pay rent to her and to pay the water bill. have no health insurance. I have a parttime job with Bath and Body works, but barely get 6 hours per week. I have sent out numerous resumes and have been on dozens of interviews. I cannot afford to leave town to go where jobs may be. | |
