Company/Individual reported: Steve Carver
On May 16th your employee, Steve Carver, called my mother and asked questions about another family member. He did not announce who he was nor what the call was about. He also failed to mention the call was taped, which I believe is against federal law. I called to find out exactly who he was and what he wanted and he refused to give me any information. This is when he informed me that the call was taped. I requested a copy, he refused. I also asked what coompany it was and waht they did, he again refused to answer. I would like to add that neither my mother or I are a member of this company and never will be considering the treatment, the lies, and illegal activity that took place. I demand an apology to my mother. She is elderly and became extremely upset when she realized this person was NOT a friend of the family member he asked about . . .in great detail I might add. He took advantage of my mother and we will be getting in touch with our lawyer ASAP!

Hi, welcome to the forums!
Do you have any information about this Steve Carver, such as the number you called him back at? Perhaps we can do a search, and see if we can track down the name of the company, and the type of work they do.
