I currently had a Student Loan that was sent to a collection agency. I'm trying to get a low interest payment or reasonable payment. I have gone through two banks to get a personal loan to settle w/ the agency, which were both denied because the collection agency is showing up on my credit report and/or I haven't been working long enough but I'm never without a job. I would like to get a loan in which lets my credit go up not down. If Debt Consolidation Care can help I would appreciate it and pay any funds payable to company in helps to my situation.

There is not much the counselors can do for you. CA's for student loans generally do not work with outside consolidations companies.
Have you looked at consolidating your defaulted loans with the direct loan program thru the doe
