How long is the statute of limitations for mn. on school debt? I withdrew due to health problems and they had collected from native sholerships and free school grants etc. Thank You

Educational debts tend to be eternal. There is no statute of limitations.

Educational debts owed to public and private not for profit schools in Minnesota have no SOL. If it was a public school, it is considered public or governmental debt.
