I've already gone through the 9 months of rehab, but they are still garnishing my paycheck for 4 weeks in a row. They are telling the garnishment won't end until they complete some paperwork w/ sallie mae. I keep getting the run-around w/ the collection agency, what are my options to resolving this issue faster.

Fermin - your post is a bit vague and confusing...can you explain further what the issue is? Why are you being garnished? PDL, student loan, and what does that have to do with rehab?

Students loans can be rehabed - This gets them current when you are behind. I believe that's the rehab the poster is referring to.

Once the 9 payments are done, then the guarantor, not the CA finds a lender who will purchase the account. The CA is not giving you the run a round as they have nothing to do with this transaction. It is quite possible that you will have to make a 10th payment. Once the lender pays the guarantor, then then garnishment will stop.
