i have a lot of student loan debt and want to consolidate. however, i'm sure that because it is a private loan they're going to run my credit. do you know what is the lowest score i can have to consolidate?

Right now times are tough to consolidate. Is it private or federal? Federal is easier. Right now for private loans I would say 680-700 would be the lowest but that is a guess. They are really cracking down on private consolidation loans.

Dont think anyone is doing much of any private consolidations right now...if you are wondering about lowest score, you wont qualify....those with 700 plus scores are being turned down.
