I have around 13k in credit card debt that has been lingering for a few years now. I have paid on some of those cards for over a year. My phone rings 20 times a day. I have a car loan and a personal loan that along with rent doesn't leave me a whole lot left over. I have become deliquent on my school loans also. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to go about getting out of this debt??

Well if you do not get into repayment with your school loans, they will garnish you without a court order.

We will need more details on your other debts. Are they still in SOL? what state are you in?
