tali1956 | 7 Apr, 2007 07:21:05 PM Hi Daisy123, I told the pdls that I had put a hold on the ACH withdrawals from my bank account, which I did. I stated that I revoke them taking ACH withdrawals from my account. I told them that they were operating illegally in my state. My pdls are not licesnsed in this state and my state does not accept rollovers. I told them that I had paid them the legal amount according to my state's laws. I gave an outline of what I paid and when it was withdrawn from my account. I told them that I revoke any voluntary wage assignments I may have signed. I told them that I revoke them from contacting my employer or references. On the two I stil owe on I told them that I would be willing to setup payment arrangements, but that I would no longer allow payments withdrawn from my account. I told them I would be willing to pay by money order or cashier's check. I went online on my state's site and will be filing a complaint against each company with my Attorney General's office as they are all illegal in California. I hope this information helps.
