I'm feeling better and better about this and beginning to feel like maybe I can get this under control finally. Smile

I got an email yesterday from ZipCash with a settlement offer. It is a little bit over what I calculated I still owed with the Florida law, however, I'm going to do it.

Then this morning I wake up and find a letter from the BBB saying that United Cash Loans has responded to my complaint. I opened it up and it is said that they would as a "good will gesture" zero out my account and consider it paid in full. They refused to give a refund though. I was shocked to see this considering all I had read here about United Cash. That is now 3 down and 11 more to go. Yeah rah!

The hurdle for today is to get the bank to release the check I deposited to take care of the negative and get them to close the account or at least put a hard hold on it until the check clears and I can have access to my money!

Congrats!! You are a good example of how some work and effort can change things!

It took us all a while to get in debt and it does take time to get back out- but is can be done! Keep it up!..KAren Very Happy
