Got a email from Cash Transfer Centers accepting my proposal to pay off what I legally owed and not a penny more!! Thanks to all for the info on this PDL stuff. Before I found this site I was ready to file for Chapter 13. Now all my bills are caught up and got 2 pdls down 5 to go!!!

Wow, that is awesome! I heard they are a pain to deal with, so this is much deserved, hard-fought victory for you. I am so glad to hear that you avoided filing Chapter 13 as well!
