I'm at work and the lady calls me from DMS(LOANSHOP), I put in a complaint at the BBB about them. She says that they are going to mark the loan as Paid in Full and that my bank account would not be debited again. I must say I'm kinda surprised. I did get her name and wrote down everything she said just in case. I should be getting an email, too.

You'd better make copies of that e-mail that says Paid-in-full. DMS/Loanshop/Westbury Ventures are a very unscrupulous business. They may try and debit your account tomorrow. But glad to hear you may have settled a payday loan...good for you!
This is me again. I signed up with a new name, because I still can't find my old password.
Anyway, I have more good news. I had sent a certified letter to another company. The return receipt came back so I know that they had received it. Anyway, noone contacted me about the letter so today I called them and the person on the phone said that my account had been closed (Paid in Full!!!). I don't owe them anymore money and I should be getting an email in the mail in a couple of days stating that. Two down and one more to go!!
I just wanted to think this site because if I haven't found this place I'd probably still been stuck in Payday loan hell.
