I am so happy! I got a letter from the AG yesterday saying that Payday OK has resolved my complaint. Along with the letter was a response to the AG from Payday OK stating that my account is now marked PIF and I owe them nothing!!! YAY!! Thanks to everyone that has helped me out on this wonderful forum to make this happen. I love you all!

Congrats! I am hoping I will receive the same thing. How long did it take them to respond after you sent the letter? And were they still deducting money out of your account when you sent it?

Thanks everyone!! wells, they were not deducting money out of my account anymore. I actually asked them to stop and they did. I corresponded with them a couple times, telling them they were violating laws in my state. They finally settled for the principal plus the legal interest I owed and broke it up into payments monthly for 4 months. I never started paying that yet because my first payment towards that was to be due on the 25th of this month when I got this letter. I think I complained to the AG about a month ago. I will check tomorrow when I am at work and let you know the exact date. I never had any problems at all with this company.

I have signed up with a dmp and they have been sending payments for 3 months to my 6 PDL's. Now they found out EastSideLenders are claiming they have not received any of the payments. Great!

I got my Payday OK Loan PIF this morning. Now just working on 2 other ones and trying to work something out to pay the rest since I just recently took those out and haven't OP yet!
