I just needed to share with everyone - I was working with Credit Solutions (I know bad idea) Anyways, they were not able to settle two of my accounts. So, I asked for an addendum to my account. After all, they did get a pretty good settlement on one of my accounts. (go figure). Well, the first time they sent me a new payment schedule that was totally unacceptable. So I made a complaint and guess what - I am now getting a refund from them. (They wanted to charge me over $100.00 for another 8 months) I still feel they took me but I guess I have lived and learned.

wow! that's great! you acted wisely by speaking up, and now it's paying off. now that you have shared this with us, lot of others will now find the initiative to stand up for their own.

My advice to anyone is
1. Know your rights
2. Read everything until you understand it
3. Stand up for your rights
There are alot of people out that want you to hand over your money to them.
Let's all take a stand and stand up for our rights.
