Okay, here's a quick update on my Texas PDLs. I worked out something with my 2 legal ones (PayDay One & CashNet USA)...well CashNet didn't work out anything, but I will be sending them what I can every month - they actually said that that was fine, but it wasn't considered an "arrangement". B.I.G. -- not one word from them.......is that strange or what??? I defaulted on May 30th........and the same goes for Cash Transfer Centers......no word. GET THIS THOUGH - ameriloan - never heard a word from them AND I logged on to their site today and it says "Account Paid in Full 06/23/08."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The message before this said to call their customer service. does anyone know if it's normal to not hear from these at all???? I really thought that they would be hounding me, but they didn't (except for Cashnet). Was it because I sent the letters right away?

Congrats! I didn't have any problems with ameriloan either. I sent the normal letters and since I had already repaid my loan by way of "fees" I too got a PIF. There is no rhyme or reason to what they do or say. I think that they are starting to take some heat and they go with the lesser of all the evils. Keep up the good work.

that is great,but i wouldn't say you are out of woods with B.I.G.
they are in the UK,while they can't do anything but call they
will eventually.keep us posted on that.great job with the others.

I defaulted with Cash Transfer Centers on 6/27 and I have not heard a word from them yet. I really figured I would have heard from them but I have not heard anything yet. I am sure it is coming just has not happened yet. I sent the letters a week before i defaulted.
