I WENT TO THEIR WEB SITE DRCASH.COM AND WERE IT HAS LICNESES , I CLICKED ON IT AND IT JUST HAS THE STATE THEY THEY LEND TO.WHAT DOES THAT MEAN

i went to the site and I believe that they are licensed.

I PAID THEM SO FAR $80.00 AND SINCE THEY ARE LICNESED AND I AM IN PA, I THINK I GOT A PRETTY GOOD DEAL SINCE I HAVE NOT PAID THEM IN 3 WEEKS
