This morning I sent all of my PDL's a letter revoking ACH, etc. They (CMG) agreed to mark my account paid in full. YEAH, 1 down 8 to go! I know they all won't be as simple, but looking forward to it!

Grats. Way to kick some butt. Hopefully the rest will fold as easy as this one did for you.

When people move these posts can they leave a shadow topic? That way the original poster can find it easier . . . . .

congrats bflow for your hard work.. Well done.

Goudah, I saw links of the shadow topics that's left in the previous forum don't open. And there will be duplicate topics everywhere. I think its ok to moderate the topic to the right forum.

Really? When I've done shadow topics they've worked for me . . . . My concern is when the post that is moved is from a newer person, they often have trouble finding the post. Once they've got used to the site, they know what's happened.

Should I contact Loanshop for a refund or just let it go? I don't want to start anything back up with them, just want it to go away!
No news today but I gave them all til Friday to respond. If not, I will send the letters again. What do I need to do to contact the AG, email, call? Not sure about this step.

Got a PIF from Payday2go as well as a closed account with NationalPayday, however, they have sent me to collections for defaulting (which I have not yet!) Is that not the funniest thing you've ever heard? Defaulting on what, payment isn't due until tomorrow!!

Well, I am at a standstill now with my PDL's. I got a form letter from $500 fast cash accusing me of sending a form letter, how about that? They will continue to debit, yadayadayada...which I knew, but I keep sending the letters every day anyway. In the meantime I am going to go with T&C for the rest of the buggers. Let them fight with them. I can't, I want my life back!
