Thanks again for all you your help...It is such a tremendous feeling to be on my way out of PDL HELL! A ton of weight off my shoulders and feel like it is only a matter of time before I am completely out..

2 down in 2 days. Already saving $360 a month on just the 1st two compaines. I have 2 other letters out and will keep you all updated.

Tell me about it. When I started to read it I thought they were going to fight me on it. I almost didnt finish reading it at all until I saw the glimpse of "paid in full" and that is when I got excited.

Time for a tougher challange now. MTE Financial. I heard they were tough.

It would have been better if you have had the refund also. Keep pushing them with the help of your AG. It doesn't hurt to try. Anyways, things are still looking better. Congrats!

I was going to push harder for the refund as dms marketing was so quick to give me one, but afraid of pushing too hard and them just sending to collections and having to fight that battle.

Also they were due to take money out tomorrow and now have voided that, so I feel like I am getting $90 refunded to me tomorrow anyway.

Congrats!! One piece of advice. Don't give your new checking account info to get the refund. Tell them to send the payment through money order. You don't want to have new problems in case they try to do unauthorized debits again.

They are going to send me a check?? That okay? I was actually thinking about cashing it at Amscot. Cost me like 10% but they will cash any check. May be worth the $25 to safeguard myself.

Yeh don't compromise your personal information in getting the refund. You are doing the right thing by keeping yourself safe. Always be proactive

Cmg group deposited money in my account did not contact me nothing. I applied for another loan and i assume they got my info did not agree to have it deposited now the have overdrafted my account. I do not know how to get in touch with this company does anyone on here have any information or adivce to help me.. Please help
