Thankyou, Thankyou, THANKYOU!!! One down & three to go!
I received papers from PaydayOK, stating that my account is considered Paid In Full AND they have agreed to repay me the $392 I overpaid. I have to sign the paper & have it notarized, but that is no biggie. I am THRILLED! If ONLY I had found this forum BEFORE I moved my other 2 accounts from PayDay OK & Payday Select to PaydayOne. *sigh* Oh well, this is still a victory. =)
All of this is possible because of this forum! Ya'll have helped me sooo much & allowed me to get my life back, as well as my money. Still waiting to hear from the other PDL companies for repayment arrangements, but had to share the wonderful news with everyone. Thanks again, ya'll have changed my life & I am forever thankful!

I would still try for a refund/PIF from Payday One. They are the same company, and tend to be pretty easy to deal with.

Congratulations emerald, I know the feeling I had two pdls one with Payday ok and Payday Select and I was also able to get a paid in full and also $1000 refund. One thing I am going to tell you is that you need to get your teletrak report and fax it to the special handling team at payday ok 1-866-416-5027 because they will report you with a balance due and if you fax it to them they will go ahead and update your file as paid. I just received my teletrak report and they are both on there with a balance due. Congrats!!

Hey...make sure if the send you a refund check, to cash it at a liquor store or grovery store, otherwise they can get ahold of your banking info again!

Thats great!!! I only owe paydayok $60.00 and was going to pay it off at the end of the month, now I am wondering if I should just go ahead and send them a letter and see about getting myself a refund LOL I took out $500.00 last January, and it has taken me 12 months to pay off.

And I just added up what I paid them in fees: $777.15 in fees alone on a $500 loan.... disgusting

Will be sending it out at the end of the week.. AFTER my bank account is closed LOL
