My daughter called me panicked a while back that an attorney's office had called and was VERY rude to her about a hosptial bill that has BEEN paid and taken care of long ago! She almost paid it again after the call! I told her to hang on let me see what i could do. So I disputed it with the credit bureau, indeed it was on her report and i sent a DV letter to this "so" called atty!
WELL, today i got mail and guess what?!?!
It has been deleted off her credit report!
YAYYYYYY!
lol
and actually it wasn't that hard to do, one little letter and 6 bux for return reciept!

Oh great! Thanks for not allowing your daughter from sending money to the so called attorney. It's nice to be informed of the legal consumer rights. Otherwise these attorneys will never stop from making money illegally.

Thanks Trinity! It was SO simple but poor girl was in such a panic over an attorney calling her. She doesn't know about all my mess and is SO impressed at how i knew these things! ha ha I'm surely NOT telling her how i know!
But it truely works!
Wish there was a way for EVERYONE to know these things!
