boy have i learn alot hear. at 1 time i had 7 pdl i think im down to 3 or 4 but this is really getting to me its DMS Marketing .i live in oregon have a loan with them for 200. they have been taking 120 every month and if you want to pay it off they will reduce it i have been trying to get ahold of them by phone for 2 day and all i get is there ansering machine. so this morning i emailed them stating its against oregon law as july to take out the 120 and then have me pay the 260 to pay it off. i also stated to them i had reported them to oregon AG and the BBB. 5 minutes ago i received a call from them stating that they will only take out 140 on the 3rd and mark it as pifand i told her i wanted a letter stating that she will be sending me a emailed on what we agreed to Goudah i think i did it

Congrats! That is awesome news! 
Now they really have no "wiggle" room, since the new laws specifically target internet pdl's . . . . They know it's a losing battle!

Congrats, you have done a great job. It's never easy to get the account marked paid off from these loan sharks.
In my opinion, you should first ask for a written document about sending the PIF letter before sending your money. You can't trust them if they turn the story after receiving your money.
