I must again say a HUGE thank you to you guys for the help you've given me so far. I can't believe its been only a month since I started getting this situation under control.
I woke up this morning and found this in my Inbox!!! First PIF!!!!!
I NEVER, NEVER, EVER would have beleived the BBB would get this done. I NEVER would have even thought about the BBB if not for this site.

The customer had every opportunity to print out her contract agreement when he applied and had access to it via password also. He had a 48-hour window in which to cancel the agreement and return the funds without incurring a fee. In addition an account summary was sent before each debit and it explained the terms once more and all of her options for repayment. This customer did not utilize any of these options. We did not receive the account summary to pay this account in full before the first due date.
We can fax a copy of his contract if given a fax #.
Although all of the conditions and terms were met, in an effort to assist this customer, we will write off his remaining balance. His account is closed now with a zero balance. We do not feel any circumstances warrant a refund on this account.
He will be also ineligible to do business with us or any of our affiliates in the future.

Congrats on your PIF!!! Isn't it a great feeling? How long ago did you file your complaint with your BBB? I'm dealing with One Click Cash & haven't heard a word from them other than a phone call everyday from them from a 000 000 0000 # that of course i do not answer.
I have to say that this is AWESOME! And I'm very amazed that this was for One Click Cash! I had to go through hell and high water with these folks. My AG finally got them off my a$$! Congratulations to you!
