Just looking for some good news to keep up the spirits. How many people have been successful in their fight w/ these internet pay day loans? Who has gotten a paid in full for paying illegal rollover fee's and "intrest"?

I can tell you that I cleared up all my payday loans a couple years ago. I can tell you I've seen at least 1000 people get a PIF from a company in my last few years on the board.

There have been a lot of people who have recieved PIF letters. I got a couple myself. But if you check out this forum http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/success-stories/index.html It will show you a bunch more success stories. Hang in there, it takes some fight, but most end up with one.

I received a refund from 2 companies. It can be done through persistence. It depends on the company!

I have gotten 4 pif's. It takes work, but if you follow the advice given it can be done.

I received refunds from 4 of my pdls along with PIF's. I'm still fighting with 2 of them. one of them being one click cash. I live in NE and they aren't even licnesed in this state to lend and are still lending even though there has been a cease & desist order passed down by the state.

I received 4 PIF's, 2 with refunds and 3 settlements because of all the advice and information I received here in the forum. It was a long hard road, but worth it in the end!
