I finally got a response from the Loan shop, and she said my account was PIF on 11/8/07. I had also requested a refund of an over payment of $500 and she agreed to meet me half way with a $250 refund, so I accepted it! I figured having her offer to refund anything was a plus and the main thing was getting the PIF from them.

Thank you! I had to sign a release which I just faxed back to them and they actually will mail out the check today priority mail to me! Wow, now, I can use that to pay towards the one that I still need to pay back the principle on.
