My friend loaned me the money today to pay these sharks off. It's done-I'm out. I just wanted to thank everyone who helped with all the info. It was that info that forced to me humble myself enough to ask my buddy for a hand. I introduced him to his wife, so he kinda owed me. ....or perhaps not, Thank you folks!
