I just got off the phone with a very nice man in the Banking Division of the Iowa Attorney General's Office and am jumping for joy. I've been dealing with these annoying online payday loans since last October... I'm done. I've paid back my principle (and then some) and according to this very nice man, I'm done. There are NO licensed internet payday loan companies in Iowa. He told me that he wouldn't say not to worry about it because they are going to start harrassing me, but since they're not licensed here, they can threaten all they want but CANNOT take any legal recourse. I'm so excited! Finally get my paycheck back! Very Happy

Honestly, I'll take a little harassment if it means that I get my moola back. Tired of everything else falling behind because of these. Whoohoo! Just wish I'd found this forum about six months ago. Oh well...
