I congratulate you on your progress,but written off does not equate paid in full in my opinion. I would continue contact until they give you a paid in full letter to protect yourself in the future.

Congratulations! However, as cajun stated, keep on them until they send you something else that says it is marked paid in full and closed and no collection efforts will be taken on this.

What letter was sent that made them react that way? i have a loan out with them and come friday they are going to find out they cant debit my accout?
