I have a PDL from this company for $300. They keep harrasing me at work and continue to try to debit my bank acct, causing an insane amount of NFS fees. I live in CA. Is this company legal? Loan Shop Online LTS Management Services, Delaware? They are threatening to garnish my wadges. How does this work and if they successful how long does it take to go into affect? Anyone know of how to fight these guys?
