I live in NC and I have 7- 6 more to go outstanding loans. I rec'd an email from Magnum Payday about a collection account and I responded to them that in NC they are illegal and I would like to see their license and told them I contacted the Attorney General's office and this was the response I got:

I was so afraid, they say I have been an excellent customer what I was, was an excellent fool for so long!! I have been entangled in these payday loans for 2 or more years. IT FEELS GOOD TO BE GETTING FREE THANK ALL THE MODERATORS I LOVE YOU I CAN GET MY LIFE BACK ON TRACK!!!!

Just a suggestion, make sure you print off that email and save it. Always to be safe then sorry if they try to come back on you at least you have it in black and white.
