My AG here in Indiana sent me a letter a couple of weeks ago saying they would "mediate" on my behalf since they couldn't justify taking my complaints to court. I dind't know what to expect and since I hadn't heard anything was a little downhearted at the response. However...today I got a call from one of my ipdls...saying they had a complaint letter from my AG and wished to resolve the issue today. They marked me PIF. Another one down...
Just thought I'd let you know that the system does work even though it takes some time and paperwork on our end. Keep filing and give it time...
