Okay. I got up this morning and "poof", there was a refund from National Opportunities d/b/a It's My Pay Day in my old bank account! Not a word to me regarding a refund. It just showed up. I had to call the bank to see what it was! So apparently these complaints are working. This is about the 3rd refund I've gotten without hearing a WORD from the pdl. They just put a credit in my old account. So anyone who has a pdl with It's My Pay Day, send those letters out and file those complaints! Someone is listening!

Thank you, again, irish! If it wasn't for all you people on here, none of this would be happening. I know I still have ones to fight (MTE) but these others are slowing getting resolved. And I'm not getting ripped off anymore. I'm forever grateful to this forum.

Wow, that is awesome! I sent a letter to National Opportunities...I didn't get a refund because I still owed them money $116.50), but they responded to the BBB that they would no longer continue any further collection activity and marked my account as closed!

Cannr, you are kicking some serious butt with these pdls!!! You are definitely an inspiration for people who are in the same mess because you are demonstrating there is a light at the end of the tunnel (and maybe even some money!  .

Thanks, joshua! I appreciate that! It's work, but it's well worth it. And, I have to admit, I am having a good time harrassing these jerk off's right back! It's this forum that is the best! I've learned a lot and decided to fight! And any information I can give you or others, I'm more than happy to. I figure the more harrassment they get, the more likely they'll be to "let it go" and leave us alone! Pretty soon all of our pdl's will be emailing us telling us to leave them alone! LOL!

That's great Keep up the good fight. I never defaulted with them but I figured they do owe me some money. Maybe I will shoot them an e-mail. I could always use some of my hard earned money back

I love all your support! I'm sure it's quite entertaining to read my posts! LOL! I've encountered some real butt heads with my pdl's! You all make me feel so much better and put the energy back in me to fight some more. When I read your responses to my posts, it just pushes me even more! I love it! And, you do have to admit, it is quite entertaining! These guys are all sooooo stupid it's amazing! And at least I'm gaining experience with these idiots. Advice from all of you, and experience with the pdl's - it's actually quite worth it. Yes, it's consuming. But, hell, I'm getting "street smart" regarding these idiots! It's a learning experience. I'm up for learning. When these are all cleared up (when I'm 104 years old) I'm still going to be on this forum getting people to fight these ass wipes. Well, maybe I'll still be fighting with them when I'm 104 years old! MTE will be sending me emails and trying to take my social security check as I sit in my rocking chair. LOL!
