Hello everyone,
Thanks to all of you I have received one refund for the full amount over paid to the loanshop. I have fully paid off all of my payday loans thanks to a loan from my sister which I now pay back monthly. So I am trying to get back some money from these loansharks.
It was actually a very easy process. I just sent a fax stating the overpayment and the laws for my state and they called the next day telling me they were refunding the money.
The other companies are going to be a bit harder. One company wanted to refund me $ 150.00 dollars when they owe me $ 600, I just laughed. I have sent my complaints to the BBB and AG so fingers crossed I will recive a few more to pay off my legal loan.
