Hello Everyone, Just letting you know that yesterday I sent an email to PayDayOK after receiving a 'past due payment notice'. Here is what I sent them -

Payday OK also cancelled out the balance of a loan I had taken out with them several years ago after my State's lawmakers, under increasing pressure from consumer advocates banned payday loan companies from doing business.

I got the same response from Payday select and Payday ok on 3 Loans that I had with them, I am glad they are considered paid in full, but be leary of your teletrack report because I think they report it as a negative mark,, which who cares because I think that is used solely by payday loan companies and rent to own places,, correct me if I am wrong.
I really don't care if I am ever able to get another payday loan, and I would never rent to own furniture or anything. Just my opinion.

For all of you that have paydya ok and payday select!! Push for a refund. I had accounts with both. I over paid one by $500 and the other by $375. Not only did I get them Paid in Full but, I also received refunds from both of them for $250, each! PUSH PUSH PUSH!! I didn't get all my overpayments back but $500 is $500!
