AMEN!!!! I finally got one PDL paid in full today, and it was a storefront! Woohoo  However, my husband had to go to court for one of his today and they did not give two squats that we were working with T&C to try and pay them off. The judge knew the girl from the PDL place personally and would not listen to one word my husband said. So, we get to pay them 50 bucks a month until it is done with. Of course, they said we could always pay more. Heh, my response to hubby was something along the lines of "Over my dead body" plus a few other choice words They wanted to go to court first, so we went. At least we got a payment plan now. Oh yeah, the girl who showed up had only worked for the PDL place for two weeks. They also lied and said that T&c NEVER tried to call them back. Oh well, at least in a few payments they will be gone. For now, I will revel in the fact that I have one paid off. Yay!!!

I live in ohio and if Iam reading right does that mean that ohio does not have a law against them? I am new to this site. Two of the places mesa financial ,rio resources have turned me over to a collection agency out of florida.The other places have not got in contact with me I changed my number and shut down my checking account.Can i do anything?
