I have a couple of posts under "single mom in CA" and using the advise here I sent out letters yesterday. Well, this morning this is what I received from Arrowhead Investments.
"A response has been mailed to your home address we show on file. We will respond through mail for all other complaints or paperwork received. Your account has been marked paid in full. No refund will be issued."
