Got Platinum Finance to issue a paid in full! I even discussed a refund but of course they explained the NY laws are still in a gray area. That's OK by me I'll see what the AG can do - I emailed everyone again today and communicated my terms. I gave them seven days to respond in a favorable way and I would withdraw there names from the AG complaint. (Of course the AG already has my complaint in hand so I'm not too sure how that will work!)

Congratulations! That is good to hear, and if the law was so gray they wouldn't have given you PIF status, keep fighting. You will knock them all out. Good Luck!
