Morning everybody! I just had to let you guys know that I received my first letter yesterday! It was from UpFront Payday and they have marked my account as Paid In Full. My bank also reimbursed me the money that was last deducted from my account so I was finally able to start getting caught up on all of my bills. I did however receive an email from My Cash Now to call them right away. I saved the email, though can someone proveide me with either a fax number or address for them. I saw 2 different addresses listed in here earlier. Maybe I will just send it to both addresses.

Thanks! I was so thrilled when I received that email. I am holdiong on to everything now. I want to be able to handle any problems with these people that I may have in the future. Good luck to everyone. I saw on another forum that people have been havongs issues with one of my other pdl's (NetCashUSA) I wish everyone the best! Hopefully, I be able to take the knowledge that I have gained and help others now.

Yes, please keep EVERYTHING for future reference. You never, ever know when it will come in handy again. Lord, I have stacks of stuff! I refused to ditch anything. It also helps here on the forum. If someone needs information, you might be able to grab your stuff and help them out!

Does anyone have a fax number or address to Credit Protection Depot, phone # is 1-866-645-1661. They are sending emails and calling my references. They have also started threatening me. The loan was originally under MyCashNow, but everything thus far has come up under Credit Protection Depot

I find this interesting. It was on a thread from some time ago. It might be at least a hint towards something. Otherwise, all the other searches I've done only comes up with the telephone number you have. Apparently they are hiding. But here is what I found that appears interesting.
