Hello all just letting you know that I had already received a refund in the amount of $1258.00 from this company a few months ago. But i knew that there was more money that should of been refunded to me. I have stayed on their butts emailing them a hundred times a day, well I got a response and here is the first email I received this morning

We have reviewed your account again and we will be sending you a final check in the amount of $586.

I emailed them back and told them they still owe me more so here is the next response
| Quote: | Dear Valarie,
We went back through your account and added up all of the pickup fees you had paid on your account since taking your the first advance for $300 back in 2005. This amount comes to $2244, we then, subtracted $400 for the cash advance given to you, which comes to $1844. Next, we subtracted the check for $1258 that had already been sent to you. This equals $568, which is the amount we are going to send to you.

I emailed them agian because they still owed me more money and here is what i ended up with

We will be sending you a check for $986. This is our final decision. This includes all of the pickup fees paid, $2244 minus the check we already sent to you for $1258. We are not going to reimburse you for the money that was advanced to you.

That's really good news. Any amount coming back from these sharks is good. Stick to your guns and keep bugging them until you see the check.
