About a month ago I filed all my complaints against the IPDL. I got a call from World Wide Cash today regarding my letter. I was skeptical about calling them back. When I did they told me my account was paid in full and they would be issuing my requested refund of $126 for overpayment. She was contacting me because she only has the authorization on refund $50 so my refund would take a little longer. I hope I do see a refund, but even if I don't I like getting the PIF.
There is hope everyone, keep filing those complaints!!!

Yay! Congratulations! I hope you do get the refund too! 
I would also try to get something in writing from them stating the account is PIF.

WoooHooo Congrats  Yes a refund would be great!!! But like Goudah said make sure you get the PIF in writting.
