I recently became aware that the Bank of the West was the bank to bank processor for Star Advance. I called their Legal Department and explained the whole sorrid tale to them. A Mr. Osborne said he would look into the situation and get back to me. In the meantime, I was able to find an email address, linked to the administrator, and as a result I received a PIF from them. Today I received a phone call from Mr. Osborne stating that they looked into the information I had given them, and after speaking with Star Advance, the Bank of the West felt that it was in their best interest to sever their banking relationship with Star Advance. He assured me that they would NOT be processing any transactions for Star Advance from this point on. I am not sure what Star will do now, but I know it won't be with the Bank of the West.

This is good news as I feel that they are starting to listen. I am hopeful that we will be seeing more of this as time goes on. The banks/processors will have to act on all the emails and phone calls that they are receiving and will continue to receive until the insanity stops.

I was thinking about this last night llw, this is a HUGE accomplishment. You have actually pulled the rug out from underneath this pdl company and rightly so! It's a great feeling when anyone of use are able to fight for our rights against these companies who are conducting business against the law, however, this was much more than a small personal victory, this was the whole shebang! I am PROUD of you llw for what you have accomplished here, YAY for you !! Very Happy

Guys, thanks so much for your kind words. I am sure that as time goes by and we keep fighting these groups we will be the victor. It may some time but we will do it!

I do agree. In a way we are already winning. Lets hope that in the future because of our work, others do not have to go thru all of this.
