Thanks to Volleyballmom, I got what I wanted from PayDayYes. I sent them an e-mail and fax on 12-08-07 and already got a response today. I was planning to send the certified letter today but it look like I don't need to now. Yesterday was my Birthday, so that was a good present. This is what I received in my E-mail today:

Wow, look how nice PaydayYes turned out to be. They went from trying to collect $1200.00 to collecting what I offered. Ha! Ha! "your excellent history in the past with our company". They were the one's who were threatening me for non-payment. Thanks again everyone, especially Volleyballmom.
I just wrote 3 more e-mails, faxes, and certified letters to: Ameriloan, TFJ/Bahamas Marketing Group, and United Cash Loans to try and get back the finance charges they collected from me when I paid off the loans. Wish me luck, Ed.
