I posted last week saying that I had PIF's from 4 out of 5 PDL's (and even one refund), but was still having trouble getting United Cash Loans to talk to me. Well, after a strongly worded rebuttal to their response to my BBB complaint, I received an almost immediate response saying that they were marking me PIF. I am done with PDL's and could not be happier!
Now that some extra cash is freed up, I have started to tackle my credit card debt. I called an account that was in collections this morning and settled it for half what I owed. I am just so thankful that I found this site two weeks ago when I was worried about what would happen to my November 15th paycheck when the PDL's hit. I can't believe how much my financial picture has changed in such a short time. Thank you all for the help you provide!

Wow Abby I am so happy for you. These are the stories we need to hear. So many people loose faith and these kinds of stories help restore the resolve to fight these idiots.

Thanks, Roxy... That is why I decided to post about my success. When I was feeling like they would never give in, coming on this board and seeing that other people had gotten a successful result kept me going.
