Woohoo! I just got an e-mail from Impact Cash informing me that, in response to my letter stating the state laws, my account is marked PIF! They stated they consulted their "legal counsel" and they are a legal company (yeah right!) but they will want me to be a satisfied customer, so they are marking it PIF. This is my third one! This site is the answer to my prayers. Thanks to you guys, this makes over $1500 you have saved me from paying to the ipdls. Well, that's now three down, nine more to go!

trrinc: Basically the letter I send is one revoking my ACHs, and I also copied and pasted my state laws on pdl loans, and stated that is why I believe this loan is illegal and an they are an illegal company, because they are not licensed in my state.
