Just wanted to let you know that I received an email from SSM. They had turned my account over to Phoenix Debt Mgmt. I filed a complaint with Ohio AG. The email says "Phoenix Debt Mgmt has been advised to stop further collection. You should not hear from them further" They also sent a copy to AG. The email doesn't say paid in full. I hope I will not hear anything further from them.. Thank you forum for your help. I still am waiting to hear from the other 3 pdls. Thanks so much.

Since it doesn't say pif I would contact them for the pif letter just for your files and peace of mind if nothing else. Good luck on the others.

I am wondering about that myself. I am waiting for a reply from my AG. SSM email shows copy sent to AG office. Thank you for advice.
