Has anyone who has ever done business with this company after getting a PIF letter started getting phoone calls from someone saying that they were representing a company called SSM Group and that they were being sued for an unpaid pdl? I have gotten this call and when I told him he needed to send me something in writing he said he couldn't/didn't have to and the police would come to pick me up.

Have you filed complaints against them? They are illegal in all states of the US and have a reputation of harassing people. They are trying to scare you so that you make the payments.
