Hmmmm

I just went to paydayok's site and it says I am past due.

I clicked on the pay option and it says I gave an invalid bank account (well, duh, it's closed now)

My history shows it being paid in full today, and then there above it shows that the loan was re-opened...

OH they better fix this!

that is just crazy...I am sure it was just an oversight...but I would try to send them an email if you have an email address to them and ask them for an explaination

sounds good, I am sure it is nothing to worry about. (I know you are thinking that's easy for me to say (l0l), but seriously don't lose any sleep over it...it will be fine.

I've dealt with Payday OK before, they were sending me standard replies constantly, but I kept bugging the heck out of them, they finally answered me appropriately. Anyway, CONGRATS!!

I was lucky to not have had a loan with them. So congrats for you on this. I would still fight for a refund. Keep up the great work!!

The account still shows past due LOL But they sent me another email with a settlement offer.

They will pay me $250.00 due to the money they overcharged me.. I'll sign whatever release they need and will believe it when I see a check.

Just gotta find someplace to cash that check LOL

Don't put that check into your new bank account - They will be able to get the account number off the cancelled check.

If their bank is local to you, go there to cash it. Otherwise, as much as it sucks, pay the fee to cash it at some check cashing place. It's better to have the piece of mind.
