Got my first PIF today from WebPayDay.....and they were suprisingly easy! After a nice long email saying how wrong I am and pointing out all the parts of their "contract" (which oh by the way, just happens to be ILLEGAL), they were "very eager" to resolve my issue and I got a PIF! No calls, no letters, just one nice email with the help of the BBB.
Now THAT makes for a great day!!!
