I received a letter CC from WebPayDay to the Bureau of Consumer Protection where WebPayDay is willing to accept me paying them the balance of the principal ONLY from my loan with them. In the letter, it says I can choose installments as long as its paid by October 2008.
In the letter they state they are concerned that I was disappointed with my webpayday experience and thus are agreeing to my proposal. Too funny!

They also say they are licensed in the state of Utah.
I originally had a loan for $975 and paid $243 toward it.

They wanted $1700 and I raised all heck with every possible consumer agency in PA.... it paid off.
