Many of you know the issues I have had with Churchill Resolution collection agency. I thought I won when they admitted they handled my account incorrectly. BUT I received a letter in the mail last week saying my account balance is at zero. This was over the pdl Lazer Lending. I had to go through all the letter writing to the pdl, the debt validation letter to the CA, them violating the FDCPA and calling me and when I complained to the FTC, the calls increased. By time I was finished with the woman on the phone she could not speak. I am sure I got the "release" becuase I seriously had a leg to stand on to file against them. I wanted to share this becuase most often we loose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel. This company almost broke me...I almost paid them to shut them up...I knew I was right but the harrassment was awful...calls up to 8 times a day. In the end it was so worth hanging in and not giving up.

I wish I could have and probably should have but then i would have had to come clean to hubby about all this...and I have to live with him

Roxy I understand the husband issue. My belief has always been, somethings they just don't need to know about. That is just my personal opinion though.

I hate keeping this seceret...but what he does not know does not hurt either one of us and I did this to me so I need to get myself out of this. And I do agree, there are some things he just does not need to know about.
