Try these numbers-
(727) 524-6990
(727) 524-7243

Or you can search with bbb.org for their additional phone numbers.

Sub: Superior's Lack of Responce

I have been dealing with Superior Asset Management Inc. regarding a Voicestream Account I had in 2001 for the last year (I never received any notice of the debt from T-Mobile or Superior I had to find this on my credit report when it showed up for the first time in 2005). They are viscous and there are multiple website with people complaining about lack of response. When I called and told them I paid my bill they stated I would have to send proof of every payment since the account was opened. I sent them a letter requesting they prove the debt to all of their known address (I found 5 of them including the one on my credit report and the one they gave me on the phone). And they never responded to my certified letters. I am now submitting all of my copies of attempts to get information proving the debt to the credit agency's but if you Google these guys you will find many with horror stories regarding there lack of response. The address below is the most interesting one in my mind it is a note regarding a civil investigation by the Economic Crimes Division in Tallahassee, Florida with an address to that division. I would be prepared to take this one as far as your state attorney general office if you don't get a good outcome from your attempts to get this corrected. By the way T-mobile's repy was to just tell me who they assigned the account to and to forward my letter to the collections department. I think is is good to send both of them a letter to prove you tried to correct the debt with all of the involved parties but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

Sub: Hung Up On

I am trying to contact someone in regards to this T-Mobile account, but I am being hung up on...how do you expect me to pay the debt if there is no one to talk to...i am unwilling to pay anything but the settlement, but if I cannot get anyone on the phone I should not be charged at all! The number is 1-800-895-2989, but I cannot talk to a human being and the computer continues to hang up on me.. I am in the right mind to contact the BBB.

You need to contact the customer care of Cingular for this purpose and explain your problem. This is a forum not affiliated with Cingular.

I worked for this company for 21 months, and in all my 20 plus years of collections I have never seen a company that was so poorly run. EEOC violations, fdcpa violations, the turn over rate was more than double industry standard, and other possble ethical violations...
