Guest	hi. can you tell me if wamu has a policy of holding direct deposits so they can earn overdraft fees. I'm currently disputing over 2k in such fees and need to get legal remedy with proof they're doing this on purpose. they even show the funds are there then act like they're not and charge fees and then act like they posted later after I see online that the funds have already posted.
